At Chicbae21, all of our pieces are made exclusively for you—which means every item is on pre-order. Below are the most common questions we get about the process:

🛍️ What does pre-order mean?

Pre-order means your item is not in stock at the time of purchase. Instead, we begin production after you place your order. This helps us reduce waste and make fashion more intentional.

⏳ How long does it take?

• Production time: 15 business days

• Shipping time: 5-25 business days (vary by region)

That’s a total estimated wait of 20-40 business days (about 3-7 weeks), depending on your location.

✈️ When will I receive my order?

Once your item is produced (15 business days), it will be shipped out.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email when it’s on the way.
From there, it usually takes another 5-25 business days to arrive.

❗ Can I cancel or change my order?

Since each piece is made to order, we cannot accept cancellations or changes after an order is placed. Please double-check your size and shipping address before confirming your purchase.

📬 What if I ordered multiple items?

We’ll ship your entire order together once all items are ready. If you'd like them shipped separately, please place separate orders.
